BHVH Pet Portal
We know that keeping up to date with your pet's healthcare is important to you, That's why Bunker Hill Veterinary Hospital is pleased to bring you our new Pet Portal. By teaming up with client communications software company "Rapport", you can now schedule appointments with us entirely online with your computer, tablet or mobile device. You can quickly select the best available time for you and your pet, let us know the reason for the visit and let us know any additional informational you'd like to pass on before their visit. In addition, you can also:
- See what appointments you already have scheduled
- View profile information of each of your pets
- View any upcoming vaccinations
- View annual exam reminders
- Request prescription refills
- Request food refills
- Sign up or opt-out of automated e-mails and text reminders
If you recently got a new pet, you can even add your newest family member to your account before their first visit. So there's no need to call ahead and give us their information.
To get started, please click on the puppy to the right who's digging for information. Then just follow the below instructions and you'll be all set! Thankfully, you won't have to "dig" so hard to get the information you need.

Patient Portal Instructions
- Click "Already Visited the Practice".
- Search for your account with a phone number that we would have on file along with one of your pet's names.
- A essage will appear stating that a password recovery e-mail has been sent to the e-mail that we have on file for you.
- Open the password recovery e-mail that was sent to you and click the "Reset Password" link to set a personal password for your "Portal".
- After you've set up your new password, go back to the "Portal Sign in Screen" and select the "Sign In" option.
- You will be prompted to enter your phone, e-mail or last name along with your personal password.
- Hit enter to go straight to your own Portal where you can view information and schedule appointments.
